As a Software Developer at Nitor Energy, you’ll join our skilled software team and work closely with developers, data analysts and traders. We believe the best software is built in close collaboration with those who use it. You’ll build software that directly impacts our business – and see your ideas come to life.

You’ll quickly take on responsibility, receive solid onboarding, and get to work on critical systems that operate 24/7 — essential to our energy trading business.

Your tasks will include

• Develop internal trading platforms and tools
• Fetch and process market data from external vendors
• Collaborate closely with traders and data analysts to build new features and tools
• Ensure high availability and performance across our systems
• You’ll work with technologies such as:
  • C# (.NET, ASP.NET Core) – the backbone of our systems
  • React and TypeScript – for our frontend solutions
  • Microsoft SQL – to handle large volumes of data
  • Microsoft Azure – our cloud platform
  • Python – when it makes sense for modeling and analysis

What we’re looking for

• You hold a degree in a relevant field like Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar
• You’re a strong team player with a can-do attitude
• You thrive on execution and are eager to get things done
• You have a “do what it takes” mindset and takes ownership
• You’re curious and motivated to learn about a complex and exciting domain
