As our Office Assistant, you’ll play an important role in creating a great everyday experience for colleagues, candidates, and guests at our office in the heart of Aarhus. You’ll be part of our Office Management team and help ensure that our office is welcoming, well-organized, and running smoothly every day.

While the role is primarily focused on office operations and service, you’ll also work closely with our People & Culture team to support internal events, employer branding activities, and other initiatives that contribute to our culture and employee experience.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Preparing and setting up lunch in our canteen and cleaning up afterwards
  • Keeping kitchens, meeting rooms, and common areas tidy and welcoming throughout the day
  • Ensuring the office is stocked with everything needed for a smooth workday
  • Supporting meetings, guests, and visitors with practical arrangements and service
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Helping maintain a professional, welcoming, and well-organized office environment
  • Assisting with internal events, social activities, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives
  • Providing practical support for the People & Culture team and various ad hoc tasks

Practical details

Working hours:

The position is 25-30 hours per week, typically scheduled Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:00. Occasionally, internal events, social activities, or employer branding initiatives may take place outside normal working hours.

Expected start date: August 10
